Koop al jaren mijn schoenen bij sacha in de winkel (Eindhoven) en online. Vaak sale en vouchers, schoenen zitten fijn en gaan jaren mee en ze reageren op problemen.
Snelle levering en goed geholpen toen bleek dat het retour label ontbrak. Vind sowieso de service bij Sacha altijd erg goed en snel. Koop er graag schoenen
Vlotte verzending en netjes verpakt. Helaas staan de laarzen me niet zoals ik me had voorgesteld dus ze gaan wel retour. Jammer dat de winkel in Eindhoven weg is!

I returned two pair of shoes I ordered directly via their website. Even though I got an email confirmation from Sacha that they received my return, they didn’t refund my money and also don’t reply to my emails to customer service at all since weeks. They owe me more than 200€.
Impossible d'annuler une commande si erreur même immédiatement après l'avoir passée. Puis service clients demande communication par téléphone ou mail mais ne répond ni sur l'un ni sur l'autre. Indique qu'un bon de retour est dans colis mais il n'y en a aucun. Malhonnêtes.
