I loved the energy and the way I felt initially. I slept better and really felt good. There were some moments of gas and weird bowel issues for the first week and then it went away, I figured that my body was adjusting. Now I am little more than a month in and I am still sleeping really well and have more energy, my stomach is a mess! It hurts most of the time and I thought I was getting sick, a few weeks in it is still the same. I can't eat without pain in my stomach and the only thing that I have changed is Ryze. I eat clean and focus on a healthy diet. I had to stop drinking Ryze and am hoping that my stomach gets back to normal because the pain and discomfort is miserable. I was excited and I like it but I can not deal with the endless discomfort.

I am absolutely loving Ryze Chai for my morning wake-up and mid-day self care ritual. Smooth and delicious with just enough spice. I started out adding a splash of maple syrup and soy milk but have grown to love it as is with nothing added. The fact that it's good for me is a wonderful bonus.

"For me this has become a must. It has helped me in many ways, especially in regulating my system to a healthy level. It gives me a morning boost in energy as well. I enjoy the flavor, I also add a cinnamon stick, dash of nutmeg , cayenne pepper and clove powder. All helpful And good tasting with the mix. And I finish it off with Trader Joe’s coconut almond creamer which has a little sweetness. Ends up tasting a little like a chai latte."

LOVE IT I was not sure about this because people always say something works but I decided to buy it and try it out and let me tell you, this is one of the best products or items that I have bought in a really long time. I was skeptical at first about things like this. I have been seeing adds about the benefits of mushrooms in your health. I decided to give it a try and so far, have been impressed. Not only is the hot chocolate tasty, but low in calories and I have noticed a deeper sleep since taking it over a month ago.

Scammed me. I purchased one time, they auto subscribed me. Bullshit.

I tried this product but put me into subscription without my consent, I cancelled it but keep sending the product. Bad,bad and dishonest people.😢
