Very very bad costumer service

Ordered my shoes on the 8th of April 2020 and I just received the shoes but they are not the shoes that I ordered. I have written him multiple times but have never heard back from him. When I finally received the shoes he hadn’t replied to my messages not a I am so sorry message or anything. I have also contacted him to say that i got the wrong shoes but still no replie I only got the shoes because I made a police report. Very very bad costumer service.

SCAM!!

SCAM!!! took my money beginning of November and havent returned a single text, chat on their site, email or anything - No product has been delivered either! Took over £450 and have not heard a peep from them after the confirmation emails were sent out. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
