It's an okay shotgun that gets the job done. Nothing fancy but functional. The customer service experience was adequate when I had questions about accessories.

The gun functions fine now, but it arrived with a scratch on the receiver and the manual was missing. Had to contact customer service to get a replacement manual. For the price, I expected better attention to detail in packaging and inspection.
