Terrible customer service when returning garments. Their process requires you to request a returns form from an email address, and to return within 14 days of receipt. On the 3rd day waiting for a form and clock is ticking ! Poor communication. First and last time I will buy from them.

I hadn't heard of this reseller before but the reviews on Trustpilot seemed to check out. The shoes I ordered were at a very good price compared to other places. They arrived quicker than expected and the careful packaging was the best I have seen in a long time. So would definitely recommend.

I placed an order with Repertoire Fashion over two months ago and still haven’t received my item. I followed all the instructions given by customer service to try to retrieve the package after Royal Mail’s multiple failed delivery attempts. I used the tracking link they provided, attempted to re-arrange delivery, and even visited the local delivery office with ID. However, I was informed by Royal Mail that they were unable to process re-delivery and that the item would be returned to the sender. Despite numerous emails, customer service has been unhelpful, refusing to raise a claim or take further action to resolve this matter. They have ignored my emails, with no clarity on when I’ll see a refund or even if the package will reach them. I strongly urge others to be cautious when ordering from this site, as their support team seems unwilling or unable to assist with issues beyond standard queries.
