Don’t bother if you live near Devon. I’m still waiting it’s now April and I got my quote back in Feb. They apparently only use one collection firm down here who have made numerous promises of collections and there is always Some excuse it doesn’t happen. They waited so long the price of scrap came down and tried to knock me down as well. Collection company do what they want and remove my car just say they have no power to make them collect the vehicle but they won’t use them anymore. They are still offering quotes in my area so that’s bs too. They just wait so long that you have no choice to go somewhere else and take a cheaper quote. They show feefo reviews as you won’t get an email to leave a review unless they complete the collection. Don’t waste your time with these clowns the whole thing has been nothing but hassle and stress.
