Had a small issue with an online product I recently bought. Customer service coordinator ( Brooke Shehan) was very helpful and resolved the issue much quicker than expected. The emails she sent me were both friendly and non condescending,a lot of people who read this will know what I mean by that.

I had to contact customer service as my item arrived unsealed, and they quickly sorted out sending a replacement product. I have to say that Reflex has great customer service, and this makes the difference.

Quick delivery

Very good protein powder. I bought Isolate Pro strawberry. Compared with ON strawberry is less sweet (which is not a big deal) but Reflex is far better powder because is stomach friendly. No more strong farts. 🤣🤣🤣

I ordered this a while back and I cannot complain about the product because its actually really good I order it regularly and have done so for the past 3 years. I ordered this from amazon and it arrived in a amazon box, after having it stored, I opened the box and the bag had split inside and all the powder was everywhere. This had gone all stale as the bag was split inside and it was clumped up so had to throw away. Annoyed is an understatement as this has happened to me before using reflex products but I treated it as a one off thinking its just a accident but to have it happen 2 times. I wish they would use plastic tubs to avoid damage. Means im out of pocket now and i cannot return it to amazon as its over its return period and this product is not exactly cheap. So in conclusion they offer a good product can't fault it tastes great and has great marcos but the packaging could do with improvement.

Great quality products. Ships promptly. I'm an infrequent buyer so occasionally the flavours or formulations change slightly, but they always great taste good mix well and don't upset my stomach
