I got these for my son as he dosnt eat well at all. Things he's telling me make me think his body is failing him. He's only 27. I can't give a review. I just hope there's enough protein and whatever else in these to at least give him a kick start

All the products where excellent for performance and taste.

Delivery was quick and my parcel arrived intact. I like the range of flavour, just the salt content is a little high.

Love the R Bar protein bars, do not eat any others! So dense and filling, no nasties all simple ingredients

All in all great company easy to access customer service they give u a chance of buying sample so before u got the whole tub u can try my fav was diet strawberry and vanilla and vanilla own its own pre workout gives great pump I am not a fan of tropical but that is me only is okay but not my taste haha but all in all is great if u have any questions they help u with no fuss amazing I recommend it for sure

I ordered the trial pack which was free with just postage to pay The issue I have is I’m allergic to milk in any form real or alternative ie soya etc and there was no info about if it had milk in it or what you make it with and all of them have milk powder in them or have to be made with milk so I can’t use any of them I didn’t pay much so not bothering to return them will give to a friend but even if a trial pack would be nice to know how to make it basic ingredients so can make a decision if suitable or not !
