Friendly advice

So I was looking for life insurance for myself, and a policy, I could afford, and within my monthly budget. After searching many websites/ companies, I came across a company by the name of Reassured. I arranged for a telephone interview, with a one of the customer service operatives. The name of this operative was Yaser Farr. He was very professional, polite and extremely helpful. I knew what I was after, but didn't really know the ins and outs fir life insurance. But Yaser made my understanding of the life insurance, very simple. He took me through some steps that needed to be explained and covered. His knowledge of the life insurance policy I was about to undertake, was very useful, straightforward. His explanation of the prosand cons of the policy, was accurate and very easy to follow. It was through pYaser's help and accurate information, that I felt happy and secure about the policy. And therefore was ready to sign. His assurance gave me comfort that I was covered, and a great peace of mind.

Oli, with whom I spoke to regarding my policy was extremely helpful, friendly and demonstrated wonderful people skills. He explained everything well and made the whole process of updating my policy with true professionalism but with wonderful conversation in between all the mundane questions which have to be completed when taking out a policy.
