Reason Clothing

I did receive the clothing that was ordered; however the clothing quality is literally that poor; I have no idea how anyone says the quality is good at all. A Large is tiny like a Medium yet an XL is like a XXL so if you’re a guy who’s usually a Large or a medium then do not order here. The prints are super thick so you can’t wash it or shrink it and even the fiber or the cotton is completely cheap; even where they but their company logo’s behind the neck are completely cheap and crooked. Oh and the shipping is super shady and that’s not an exaggeration. You get what you pay for though so you live you learn 🤷

I recently placed an order off this website, waited 8 days for a confirmation of items being shipped, only to be refunded because they could not ship to my location (international) due to carrier, what a joke!!

Terrible! Stay away! They say 2-3 days to ship but don’t ship for two weeks! And customer service is no help! They just keep sending you this template late about their shipping policy and it says 2-3 days!! Must be robots running this company. Save yourself a headache and shop somewhere else.

I ordered three items, I only got two, I've been trying to get the item or a refund. I didn't learn my lesson and ordered more items, tracking shows it in Brooklyn New York for the last two weeks with no movement, again i reached out to customer service and nothing. I'm at the point where I'm ready to file a complaint with The New York State Attorney Generals Office or reaching out to every news agency to see how many complaints are out there.

Definitely some scammer selling cheap and VERY low quality clothing from China. Probably buying these in bulk for $2 a pop and selling at an insane markup. They do have a very small collection of higher quality items for Tiktok/promo purposes, but those items are insanely overpriced because the seller probably doesn't want to waste time selling a decent product at a decent price. And even THOSE collection of higher quality items don't even match the quality of a basic Gildan shirt. Bait and switch. Lower profit margins. Thankfully my order was under $70 as there was a "sale" going on that doesn't seem to be ending. Originally would've been $250+. Customer service won't respond, but we all know it's just one scammer paying off models to wear fake clothes.

Ordered a shirt. The graphic on the shirt was cracked and peeling off straight out of the box. Emailed "customer service" and haven't received any response. BUYER BEWARE!!

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. Customer service is terrible and the owner is a very rude person. Not somebody that I would ever want to do business with in the future.

This is a scam site. The real reason brand can be found at Macy's and several other retailers. They almost got me, then I read everything in messages on Facebook. Nice ass clothes, the real brand that is. Sad so much of this kind of thing out there. Happy holidays folks.

I gotta say I was a little skeptical about ordering. Since then I ordered 2 times and was blown far away by the deals and the quality of the apparel. I thought the mystery box I got for 39 was gonna be a joke. I couldn't believe the stuff they had in there. All things I would wear on a daily. Thanks again. Can't wait to order more.

I ordered 2 different pair of slim fit black jeans but received 2 black pair of same baggy jeans. Customer service is horrible they’re a good brand far as some of the clothes but online shopping is a big risk with this company. May I add they take no accountability for their mistakes

So I purchased an outfit from this brand. I recieved it on time and everything. When I wore it the material immediately began to get linty there was lint on the whole outfit. The material needs to be upgraded. Other than that cool brand for the low

I ordered a pair of distressed light wash shorts. I received a different pair, so I emailed customer service. They responded with suggestions on me sending the shorts back, to my inconvenience. Instead, I reordered and contacted them with my new order # and asked that they ensure I receive the correct item. They did agree, and assured me that I'd get the correct item. I received my reordered shorts and surprise surprise...the wrong ones again.

I ordered from them for my boyfriend after I gave birth in august as a thank you for putting up with my hormones for the passed 9 months, anyways it’s been 6 months now of me emailing them that my package never came and no response back so I just accepted that I completely wasted $200 on that order. Hack site don’t order from here.

6th order never had an issue , top the line, on time every time

I ordered clothes for my son's birthday from here and the address needed to be updated. Instead of assisting me they gave me the runaround and refused to help me resolve the address change. After they got my money there was no customer service offered.

They sent me an empty box and when I complained about it, they basically said there is nothing they can do. Then they dismissed me. This is a scam website and your stuff doesn't come. This has happened to 4 of my friends now. DO NOT PURCHASE!

I ordered four days ago and have received no shipping number or communication after trying to reach them through every provided means. I was fairly certain this was a legit brand and hopefully my stuff shows up but I’m kinda appalled at being treated this way by a business that I just gave a hundo to.
