I ordered a pair of distressed light…
I ordered a pair of distressed light wash shorts. I received a different pair, so I emailed customer service. They responded with suggestions on me sending the shorts back, to my inconvenience. Instead, I reordered and contacted them with my new order # and asked that they ensure I receive the correct item. They did agree, and assured me that I'd get the correct item. I received my reordered shorts and surprise surprise...the wrong ones again.
