DONT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY They promised me delivery by a specific date they were made fully aware of the urgency of my order and when i needed it by and promised it would be delivered. I AM STILL WAITING I have tried to contact rapid medical supplies via every method possible, over and over and over again. Email, text, online forms and calls. All I get is a robot Not one reply Not one acknowledgment I have tried to cancel the order and no one will get in touch with me, I can't talk to a human only a robot. Appalling customer service Quite happy to take your money but no support after For an NDIS registered company supplying medical and disability equipment - this is UNACCEPTABLE They have put undue stress on my unwell mother and myself DO NOT ORDER HERE- I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND I am now having to report them to NDIS and consumer affairs

Good for indoors because I have little balance have trouble folding it otherwise light and easy to use

I ordered this item because website said same day dispatch if I pay before a certain time which i did. They do not answer phone calls at all and my item took 5 days to come. I will never use this brand EVER
