European Monitoring Centre for Drugs and Drug Addiction’s who they also provide information too has a complete law enforcement component that focuses on many but one being online drug sales, methods, routes, purity, purchase point. HARM REDUCTION MORE LIKE UNDERCOVER POLICING.

I didn't know them at all. I order a kit and some individual tests. In my kit there were a small part missing. I notified/reported them and they send me that piece missing. It was very profesional. Kit and tests run quite good. But this post-sale help IS what i find more good.
