The people who helped me book the event were very good but at the event we did not see or meet anyone from the company if issues arose - that was not good. I would use you again for events so that in itself is praise.

Great tickets in the Crystal Palace End as requested - Taphouse Social recommended. No massive queues at bars or toilets at half-time. Great communication from Freddie at Premier and tickets not cheap but reasonably priced. Overall good value for the sporting day of our lives.

We purchased 2 Hospitality tickets for the FA Cup Final. Premier Events were extremely helpful, responded to my queries very promptly both by telephone and email. We recieved the tickets when they said we would. Without their availability, we wouldn't have been able to attend so thank you very much !

I purchased my (FA Cup Final) tickets on a Wednesday evening and they had personally (non-automated) emailed by Thursday morning with confirmation and asking which name should be allocated to the ticket. Communication was excellent throughout. I had a direct phone number should I need it and a named link. Tickets arrived on the Friday morning and everything worked like a dream. Yes, the ticket was a little pricey, but I paid the going rate for a sold out event (and winning made it worth every penny). If, like me, you were a little unsure about using secondary ticket sources having heard horror stories, I can 100% recommend Premier Events. No problems at all. Would happily use them again if I needed to. 10/10

Very good communication in the days building upto the game. Tickets arrived 48 hours before the kick off upon the company receiving them from Wembley stadium. The seats provided were extremely good with a great view of the action in comfortable surroundings. I would happily order via Premier Events again should my team ever reach Wembley in the future and I would recommend to friends and family looking for a good day out.

Despite initially being sceptical about using a "non approved" reseller for a football event (Liverpool Cup Semi) David and the team were first class. They answered every query and put my mind at ease. Great communication throughout the process and tickets delivered as promised! Really fairly priced too. I had never worked with Premier Events before, but needed Paul McCartney London tickets. Buying them from the US went perfectly! Communication via email kept me well updated on the process and the show’s timeline. The tickets were transferred days ahead of the show via the AXS app and worked seamlessly.
