Our boys ahed 7 & 9, absolutely loved the new club they attended recently. The leaders were really excellent at engaging them in a variety of activities - sports and crafts were the ones I heard most about. They can't wait for half term now! Thank you

My daughter really enjoyed going which was great as she doesn't like many people, she made a lovely couple of friends who she was so sad to leave

My children love all the activities and enjoy being in premier education and the staff are really great. Thanks to the stuff for all the great activities my daughter cannot wait for the next holiday she is looking forward to it 👌👍💐💞

My 5-year-old son attended this holiday camp over the summer. While I understand it’s meant to be an activity-based camp, I found the communication very poor – we never really knew what he had been doing during the day, and my son isn’t one to talk much about it either. One day he even came home with a bruise on his face. I get that kids can be rough sometimes, but what worried me was that the staff had no idea what had happened. That doesn’t give me confidence that things are properly supervised. From what I could see, most of the staff are university students, which is fine, but a lot of them looks like they didn’t even like kids, let alone have the patience or experience to work with them . I even overheard one staff member speaking rudely to a little boy. I don’t expect them to be like teachers, but at the very least, children deserve kindness and reassurance. To be fair, not all of the staff were like this, but it only takes one bad experience for a child to not want to go back. Overall, I think the camp could be so much better if the staff had a more positive attitude and were genuinely engaged with the children.

My son always loves going to the holiday club. He loves all the activities especially the football and the coaches are all very friendly.

Maybe needs to be a choice of activities for children. Children should be allowed to pick at the food they brought with them as and when. On 2 occasions sandwiches have been brought back home because he ‘wasn’t allowed to eat them.’

My son had a really great time at the premier holiday camp days. Only took a star off as the website isn't very user friendly and when I contacted premier on Instagram they would sometimes reply, and sometimes not. Even if you don't know the answer just some acknowledgement would be appreciated. Otherwise a good experience.

Great way for kids to get introduced to a range of sports and spend some quality active time during their holidays whilst we’re at work.

Great games, fun-filled days - my children have loved their time at holiday club. My one complaint is the payment system - using the Gov childcare account means that payment is shown as overdue for a very long time.

Easy to book up, even the night before! Friendly staff. Kids enjoy the activities. We've been attending for a few years now and will continue to for some years ahead.

My kids have tried a few different holiday clubs over the years and Premier is always their favourite one.
