Porch Potty Reviews

The idea is great and it mostly works as advertised. However, the grass doesn't always stay in place during windy weather and the drainage could be better. Customer service has been responsive to my concerns though.

The system works and my dog uses it, but honestly feels overpriced for what you get. The grass quality is okay but nothing special. Customer service is friendly but slow to respond to issues.

My 13-year-old lab mix has mobility issues and this has given him back his dignity. No more accidents in the house and he seems comfortable using it. The maintenance is manageable and worth every penny.

Living in downtown with no yard made this a necessity. Setup was straightforward and my two small dogs love it. The grass replacement service is convenient though I wish it came more frequently.

Does exactly what it promises. Easy maintenance and my dog figured it out quickly. Good investment for urban pet owners.

As someone who works long hours, this has been invaluable. My dog adapted within a few days and now I don't worry about accidents. The subscription service for fresh grass is convenient.

The product itself works fine once set up, but the installation was more complicated than expected. Had to call customer service twice and wait for additional parts. Once running though, my dog loves it.

This has been absolutely perfect for my elderly dog who can't make it down three flights of stairs multiple times a day. The grass feels real and cleanup is surprisingly easy. Installation took about 30 minutes and their customer service walked me through everything.

One of my dogs uses it religiously, the other refuses to go near it. The quality seems decent but for the price I expected better materials. The grass gets matted down pretty quickly with regular use.

Had some initial concerns about setup and the team went above and beyond to help. The product works great for my small terrier and has eliminated indoor accidents completely. Very satisfied with both the product and service.

My dog took to it immediately which was a relief. The drainage system works well and it doesn't smell when maintained properly. Only complaint is the monthly cost adds up, but worth it for the convenience.

This solved our biggest challenge with having a dog in a high-rise. The artificial grass feels realistic and cleanup is simple with their system. My only wish is that replacement grass was cheaper, but the convenience factor makes it worthwhile.
