I pre-ordered this seat. The communication with the seller was excellent. Regular email updates. The seat looks great; the only one I’ve seen to suit the weight of my dog. Can’t wait to try it. I know he’ll love bike rides with us. Got the cushion too 👍

I’m still getting my little doggy used to the seat on the floor (as the company helpfully suggest, in line with any good dog trainer that I have used) and very much looking forward to taking it on the bike so my dog and I can spend more quality time together. Dogs don’t have as many years as humans, they shouldn’t have to spend the ones they have always waiting for us to come through the door. Bike seat arrived in good time. Easy to set up on bike too. Just need to get my dog used to riding in the seat. Special treats have so far got her sitting in it when it's not mounted, and the next phase is to have her sit still whilst it's mounted on the bike. Plus I've got to get used to riding with it too. But all good and very happy with it

From the moment we pre ordered our ‘pooch my ride’, we were updated on a regular basis. The product packaging and ease of installation is great. We had a minor hiccup with a wrong part but Andrew dealt with it in a very professional manor and we received a replacement the following day. Super service throughout and a great sturdy product for our golden doodle. Keep up the good work.
