Andy from pooch my ride really helped me with my order as he checked with about my order to make sure I didn’t order anything that I didn’t need and after some conversation he said that I didn’t need the extra long bar so he refunded me straight away. He keep me informed with all the updates. The product is everything we expected and more, now we are slowly getting our pooch used to it as the first time we tried to go out he tried to jump out. But as Andy recommended on his website to get him use to sitting in it before putting it on the bike before trying again. Sure it won’t be long before we will be out and about!
