I’m writing to express how unhappy and disappointed I am with my recent experience with your company and the Ice Sponge products.
I received the Ice Sponge plunge as a Father’s Day gift and was initially excited to start using it. Unfortunately, after only a handful of uses, the product began leaking from the valve attached to the plunge. I attempted to tighten it, and the plastic cracked—rendering the plunge completely unusable. This is extremely frustrating for a product that should have lasted far longer, especially given the investment.
This issue comes on top of an already disappointing customer service experience. When I originally placed my order, I also purchased the Ice Shoulder, which took far longer to arrive than expected. At that time, I was told I’d be receiving a $70 credit to my account due to the delay. Now, with the plunge breaking and not functioning at all, it feels like the situation has only gotten worse.
Overall, I’m very unhappy with both the quality of the product and the lack of consistent communication and reliability throughout this entire process. I expected better durability, better support, and a better experience from your company.
I will be sending photos so you can clearly see the damage and the issue with the valve. I’d like to know what you can do to resolve this, as the product is currently unusable.
