It was so discreet and fast! I got my prescription very well packaged and I was afraid because of the heat but it was all perfect! Very very great service thank you !!

Do not like that a cost amount was not given before hand and no invoice came with the medication. Did not like initially I was not given a date and time it would be delivered which led to me not receiving the product in a timely manner.

Been a customer for a few years and customer service has been responsive and helpful. For instance a delivery issue that was beyond both of our control was deal with professionally and quickly. I also appreciate having a phone app to monitor my prescriptions, auto-reminders if desired and text to communicate. Moreover, having my prescriptions delivered is a huge time-saver. Highly recommend!
Helpful, timely, and safely packaged.
The delivery driver delivered my package to the wrong address (a few doors down from my house). Luckily I could see which house it was delivered to in the image, and I was home to grab it from the other property. So although I’m happy with the medication, more attention should be paid when delivering.
