Always quick delivery and excellent service.

There was an issue with my previous delivery... It was corrected and recieved a replacement quickly.

The service at pocket pills are great. They sent my medication earlier as requested and sends me an update by text and email all the time, but I'm not happy with the courier service. One minute I get an email from FedEx it's being delivered on July 10th, then July 11th, then July 14th and back to July 11th and that's when it showed up. Also I would like it too be put on my step behind the tree, but they put it on the step in from of the door where it can be seen by people passing by. But I know pocket pills doesn't have control over how FedEx handles the parcel. I'm 💯% happy with pocket pills and te service.

I was able to talk with a real person, who went out of her way to help me fill a prescription for chlorthalidone which is on a government shortage list due to disrupted manufacturing. Each month since 2044 the availability keeps getting extended and government will not take any action to tackle this problem. Pocketpills managed to get me 74 tablets and I can only thank them for their efforts on my behalf. Delivery was very fast and I have been very much impressed with their great customer service.
