Pleaser has an excellent selection of heels. Their website is easy to navigate. They also give Pleaser points which is a bonus. My orders have always arrived in a timely manner, and I have never been disappointed with my purchases.

I had to return the heels for a bigger size because it was a size too small and I went to fedex to return it and they charged me 30$ for a small box with a pair of heels

I received damaged shoes
I received damaged shoes, emailed the company right away with photos. I did receive an email back stating they would look into it and get back to me. It's been almost 2 weeks and I have sent 3 emails with no follow up. Very disappointed as I needed the black pair for a show.

Have used site webstore few times and custimer reviews have been helpful. Ordering and site use is easy. Shoes have not let down and are better that any knokoff's. Both times that I've ordered, items have been delivered over seas in less than a week. Highly recommend!
