Pleaser has an excellent selection of heels. Their website is easy to navigate. They also give Pleaser points which is a bonus. My orders have always arrived in a timely manner, and I have never been disappointed with my purchases.

Cuissarde trop fines, tarif retour abusif
Les cuissardes sont vraiment ultra-fine, ils devraient indiquer la largeur max pour pouvoir les porter, car même en faisant un 38/40 ma cuisse ne rentre pas dedans. J'achète en voyant que le retour est possible et ses escrocs me proposent d'utiliser leurs étiquettes de retour à € 68,60 !!!! 68.60 pour pouvoir renvoyer mes bottes c'est un scandale.

MONEY GRABBERS!!!
I purchased a pair of shoes from Pleaser, but they were much too small. I returned them so could get a larger size, but after their contradicting customer “service”, I realized I didn’t want do business with this company after all. I had to fork out $50+CAD to ship them back. I just received an email from them saying they are only refunding me $116.95CAD of the $166.28CAD total I paid this company for the initial order. They’ve got their shoes back and are still holding back the shipping & GST($49.33CAD) that I paid them!!!

No return after receiving worn shoes
Purchased two pair of shoes, one was in good condition and the other had a frayed strap. I tried them on anyway but sent them back because they were too small. I received an email saying that the shoes cannot be returned because they were “worn”. I never had that happen in my life. If this company won’t accept the shoes in that condition, then why are they sending them to other people?

Customer service needs improvement
DELIVERY: I’ve ordered shoes twice directly from Pleaser USA and each time the shipping to Finland was different. The first time it took 4 weeks and the second time a little over 2 weeks. Tracking the order was smooth and easy with Route. My only wish would be that Pleaser USA offered a free shipping also to international customers for example when the order exceeds a certain amount. Otherwise the shipping is quite costly. QUALITY: I own a pair of Sky-1020 (ankle boots) and Flamingo-808 (ankle strap sandals) shoes. The other heel of the boots was crooked when I unboxed them. You can also see glue on the shoes. The sandals arrived in a perfect condition. I use socks around the platforms to protect the shoes from scratches etc. and so far there’s none. Hope to see how long they last with regular use. CUSTOMER SERVICE: I contacted the customer service about the crooked heel and unfortunately their reply was ”This automated notice is to inform you that we have reviewed your defect inquiry, and we have found that it is not eligible for a refund, credit or replacement. This means we have determined that the issue you experienced with your product were not caused by a manufacturing issue. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.” I am not satisfied with this but cannot really anything about it I guess. Also other times when I have contacted Pleaser USA customer service I have felt like they are bored with their job because the replies are short and lazy and they mostly ignore my questions. Once I attached a size chart I found on Google (not Pleaser USA website, but the picture had their logo on it) to the email asking if it’s a legit one, because it showed the actual insole lengths in cm or inches. Pleaser USA website only has size charts that show shoe sizes, for example US 9 or EU 39, but this was not the information I was looking for. I asked them if the size chart found on Google was correct and/or if they could provide me with one that had the insole lengths either in cm or inches. None of this was acknowledged or answered in thei response. In their email they simply told me to go to their website and check the size chart on a particular product. Well, I already had… So I had to order the shoes trusting the reviews from other people on how the fit usually is. Luckily it worked. But funny thing is that the boxes the shoes come in, tells not only the shoe size but also the insole length. So finally I got the information I wanted, but I do not understand why they cannot put this on their website as well. RANDOM PROS: Extra points for the loyalty program which lets you pretty easily gather some points for future orders! Also really like the fit and width of the shoes (especially sandals) without having to buy their wider width shoes.

C est des voleurs et des escrocs
Voici ma réponse à votre message Bonjour Suite à la réponse que j ai reçu j ai compris que j ai commandé sur un site imitateur et je n etais pas la seule victime. Pourquoi donc la société originale n a pas signalé cette imitation frauduleuse et l a laissé continué à voler l argent des nouveaux victime. C est de la responsabilité de l entreprise d origine de signaler l imitateur et protéger les futurs consommateurs. Je ne vais donc pas modifier mon avis. L entreprise d origine doit m aider à récupérer mon argent sinon me livrer des chaussures. Merci à vous de leur transmettre ma réponse Mon premier avis suivant reste donc inchangé : C est des voleurs et des escrocs J ai commandé des chaussures et ils ne m ont pas ete envoyé. Perfect for my narrow feet
I have narrow feet once labeled as B width. I have had to send many shoes back in the past because they were too big and I felt insecure walking in them. This pair is perfect for me. I feel very secure with dancing or walking. I especially like the soul which is a leather like fabric that keeps the foot from sliding forward. My sweaty feet will appreciate this unexpected bonus. I really love the shoes! I am a size nine, and this is a true fit for me.
