I sat my R03 exam this morning and i couldn't recommended a better place to sit an exam. It was very friendly and welcoming. The two ladies really cared about there candidates and how they had done. I have completed a couple of my previous exams at the same site.
Just completed the Microsoft office diploma. Staff were brilliant so helpful and friendly. Highly recommend going to pitman Dublin for any computer training. Would give them ten stars if it was possible
I truly believe this is a failing company as I emailed them 3 times regarding the course I would love to enroll.. the outcome : No answer! Afterwards I d cider to call them and ask if this specific course runs through the year, if I can do it online, etc ..I have given my email
Adress, phone number - they also let me know they will send me a link with registration and payment,but did not receive anything…. This is is London Holborn branch… not sure what is going on, but I would advise anyone not to waste time, as they promise you something and literally they will never follow up! In the meantime I found Souters training centre spot on, so all in all bad experience, not worth the struggle! Even LSIB have similar courses and for them was not a problem to follow up with an email! Stay away from this company!
I Completed the excel courses offered by Pitman Training and found the courses to be very professional and provided great content. Both Gemma and David at the Nottingham Branch were knowledgeable and experienced and the training sessions were engaging and interactive. The course content was well-structured and easy to follow, and the trainers were always available to answer any questions I had.

I asked was there a cooling off period from the course, the answer I was given was no, because the course was sent out.
When I completed InDesign and Photoshop I was offered a partial refund. This was useless to me as I would not have got any kind of qualification at the end of the course. l would have lost alot of money, at that stage I had no choice but to continue.
Don't tell me I was offered a refund, like you offered to reimburse everything to me for this useless Course. This is not the case at all.
A friend of mine told me recently, that a while back he was in contact with Pitman about your Adobe course, apparently he was given the same amazing speech you gave me at the start.
Please do not take me as a fool.
I attended my RO5 Exam 18th December 2023, this is the second time I have attended at Sheffield and I thought the service was again very professional. Made me feel at ease everything was explained clearly and staff were very helpful and accommodating
Been here today for an exam. The lady was lovely and welcoming. Offered me a drink when I arrived. Clearly explained the process and was on hand if needed. Clean and modern office.
I went here today for my exam this morning and the invigilator was amazing, put me at ease, was really friendly and even made me a cup of tea. Can’t praise him enough.
I recently sat my AAT Synoptic Exam on Thursday morning and i couldn't recommended a better place to sit an exam. It was very friendly and welcoming and and a nice bright environment to sit the exam. But i would also say this is thanks to the 2 ladies in the reception area - I remember one was called Kristina and i forgot the other ladies name but both was amazing and helped me so much
Do not waste your money! I am months in and have had countless problems . I could not log in and found that Brighton is shut for 2 weeks . I struggled 2 weeks after that till the last emailed showed my DOB was wrong . HQ change my email causing 2 accounts and me having to resubmit by retyping my 1 st assessment on the other account. Now on my day off ready for 2nd assessment its locked . I cant do it and they shut Mondays. Text books have many mistakes and contradictory answers to online .
After several weeks of trying to get the Birmingham branch to answer their telephone, I finally contacted another branch who kindly said they would pass my details onto the Birmingham branch and would be sent an email containing information about the 3 courses i intended to take. I have more chance of speaking to Elvis than what I have with this branch. I find it ironic that Pitman teach secretarial courses when their own staff cannot carry out basic admin tasks such as answering the telephone and emailing. Have given up on this company before even starting a course -Disappointing
They advertise that you have your own tutor (Diarmuid), but he doesn't know anything about the course you are taking. He send the question to the 'customer service', and you get the response when you get it. I got the Payroll course and I haven't finished it cause they stop answering. I emailed my tutor and he never bother to answer back. Also, the book had many mistakes. I do not recommend it.
Neil and Dip who run both Watford and Enfield Centres are driven motivated ambitious and creative in how they manage their Centres and want the best for their students. Nothing is to much, the answer is Yes, what is the question?!
Anyone thinking of taking a course at either centre, all I can say is do not hesitate. In these centres you are not alone and there is support with a smile!
Neil and Dip also run an in-house recruitment so that by the time you have finished your course, if you are looking for employment they will probably have found you a job.
Never did I expect the service with a smile I receive, I have almost completed my academics and looking at the possibility of starting a job in August - Happy customer :)
If I could give zero stars I would , they are nothing but a rip off all they care about is getting money off you and I was never told when I started that you can’t get out of the coarse if you decide it’s not for you or have other things going on in life I’m paying them over 3 grand for literally nothing the coarse is useless your paying to have their name on your cv that’s all save your time and money biggest regret of my life is signing that contract just don’t do it
They also tried to take 130 out of my bank account twice in one day when I’m only menat to pay 30€ a week with no warning or head up or explanation whatsoever
