I used PHP to have my boiler serviced. The plumber was prompt, polite and efficient and I had no complaints.

Such a professional company. I had a new boiler installed by one of their accredited engineers, Matt who was extremely knowledgeable and was not adverse to answering any questions that I had. I shall be using PHP for servicing and maintenance of my new boiler.

I have used PHP Services for over 6 years for maintenance of the plumbing and heating system, servicing the boiler and installation of new appliances to the system. Prior to carrying out work I always get good advice with available options for my consideration. Engineers were always on time, and I found them to be friendly and reliable. They provided excellent service, and I have full confidence in their work. From the time you contact PHP Services until the completion of the job you get competent and helpful staff, from the receptionist to the Engineer. I have no hesitation in recommending PHP Services.

PHP have always helped me out when needed. They are professional and helpful. They did a superb job of my en suite and I always recommend them to friends. In fact a few friends and neighbours have now used them and think the same.

I have used PHP for a few years now and have always received exemplary service from them. They are always on time, message before they arrive and service my boiler within 30 minutes. A few years back I had an issue with my boiler, they came out and fixed the issue and put my boiler back together within 90 minutes! Thanks guys, look forward to seeing you again next year.

Excellent service, Excellent communication from enquiry to plumber arriving. Matt arrived bang on the scheduled time, he is really friendly and coped brilliantly with our barky dog. PHP Services was amazingly responsive. They managed to reschedule their assignments so that someone could come 90 minutes after I called them! I was extremely satisfied with Matt's work. He was thorough, precise, considerate, jovial and explained well what is was doing. I shall certainly retain the company for future repairs.

On both occasions they provided a prompt, clear quote, at a reasonable price. Excellent communication and the operative was friendly and completed the jobs to a very good standard.
