Clothing gorgeous and very high quality. I was initially disappointed as fit not right when I received one of the garments but this is more my fault as I did not use the style advisor and simply chose a size that I used with another retailer! As with previous high end purchases, I should have known that the sizing is not the same across retailers. However, the returns process was very simple and the customer care team (Wes in my case) are exceptional. If you are dissatisfied in any way they will go above and beyond to assist you and make the process as smooth as possible. For future purchases, I will endeavour to size down on certain items to get a better fit and of course reach out to the style advisors prior to ordering. Best wishes.

Good quality clothing and wild designs. Their returns policy is to be commended so as to discourage the wear and return habit which plagues the industry. The habit is so wasteful and bad for the planet and rewards dishonesty by the customer. Great all round designs and quality

Great inventory and customer service

The styles are fun, quality seems good. Your sizing is very different than what’s on the sizing chart. I’m a true 34US waist and even went up to a 36 just to have some extra room in case they were slim cut. I was disappointed to not even be able to get them buttoned. They were THAT small. And yes, it’s the holidays, but all of my 33 and 34 waist pants fit so it’s not that! Then having to pay almost $70 for a small shipping box and postage to send them back is not convenient at all. Very few retailers don’t offer some form of postage or return label, so I had to do that myself. And now that they are on the way back to you, I’ve emailed to ask how to ensure the next size up will be available for the exchange and I was told the o my way is for me to just buy them and have to pay that shipping as well. Not very user friendly to say the least.
