Clare, Paul and Sam have been fantastic in selling our house! We can't recommend them enough. Our house sold on the first viewing for full asking before it was even listed on rightmove/zoopla. This is because they take great care in matching buyers and sellers. Once we had accepted an offer they kept us in the loop and really helped make our sale and purchase as smooth as possible. We used both the solicitors and removals as per their recommendation and again both were great. If we ever sell our house again, it will be with Clare and Paul. Thanks for all your help guys!

I placed my letting property in the hands of Phillips George 3 years ago and it has transpired to be the best decision to date. Clare and Paul have been the key agents in dealing with the lettings we have had over the course of the 3 years. Clare worked tirelessly with our sale, achieved the asking price, within a day of being on the market. She was always on the phone, pushing the move along and clearing up and queries for us to ensure completion went as smoothly as possible. “Simply the Best!” We feel very, very fortunate to have chosen Phillips George to sell our house for us. They have been professional, efficient and friendly. Whenever we needed advice/help they were there, even just listening to our concerns regarding the selling process, they were there. In selling our house, Phillips George were excellent. They are honest and tell you what you need to do to get your house sold, providing excellent advice along the way. Their valuation was the most realistic...yes another agent put it higher but the marketing strategy of Phillips George was much better. Clare was professional and friendly...she will tell you as it is, someone we felt we could trust and could work with. And it worked as our house sold. So if you want honesty, no BS and your house sold, I would recommend Phillips George

The service I received when selling my mum's house was excellent from start to finish. The house was sold quickly and with a minimum of stress. All members of staff at Phillips George were very professional but at the same time friendly and always had time for me. Communication from their first visit to the date of sale was first class. I would recommend Phillips George without any reservation.

The most professional Estate Agent I have ever dealt with. Totally supportive, and on the ball with Solicitors, purchasers and advice. Phillips George provided an excellent, faultless and professional service for the sale of my property. Their proactivity from day one filled me with great confidence. Clare and Paul kept me informed of progress at every stage of the sale. The use of a property file software was a very useful and powerful tool to record, in real-time, information on viewings and feedback. However, I really appreciated how this was not used in isolation and that there was always a timely personal follow up call or email from Clare or Paul. Following the accepted offer Clare continued this regular contact and maintained momentum on the sale until the day of the completion. My property was probably at the lower end of the price range that Phillips George were selling at the time, however, I was always given first rate and immediate attention. If I didn’t know that they were selling and managing other properties I would think I was their only client! Without any hesitation I would most highly recommend Phillips George.
