Arrived quickly after being reviewed. Would use again if needed
I missed my booked in slot but I was given a cancellation slot and the medication was sent out the same day and arrived the day after. Cheapest pharmacy Ive found so far! 5 stars, would highly recommend.
I paid £200, waited 48 hours, no delivery, I called pharmacy Planet,asked them where my order is in the delivery system, they told me "it's on its way ". 1 week later I called again " oh so sorry it's still in our dispensary , dnt know what's happened here ". Got my order 3 weeks later!!!
I ordered two days ago . No contact at all yet on status of item . Tried calling 5 times today no answer. Emailed name and order number not a single response not even automated . Taking my money and not replying . Please don't offer a service you can't provide . Very distressing

I am re-writing my review and feel a bit mean having previously given a negative rating. I did find them reviewing the medicine took a while, but receiving the medicine I needed was a blessing. Every chemist in my area had trouble getting my medication in stock, it was very important I continue taking this medicine and cannot afford to have run out. I got it in the post today, genuine medication too as sometimes you have to be so careful . Will use again
First time for using this company. Unfortunately not going to plan. Very slow process to get to dispatch status. Now waiting for three days after saying order has been dispatched and Royal Mail haven’t yet received item either. Will be requesting a refund if not received by end of week

I applied for an order at the weekend, was supposed to have a consultation on Monday but no one joined the call and now have had no communication after sending several queries/emails. They have taken money out my bank however, if I don’t hear back in the next day I will be claiming fraud through my bank, absolutely shocking customer service - do not use

I ordered an item on 18/02. Was advised dispatched on the 20/02 with royal mail 24 but hasn't arrived. The tracking has also never updated despite my enquiry.
