I’ve been using PetSuppliesNet for over 20 years and have never had a single problem! My orders always arrive on time, and I’ve never had any issues getting the products . I even got my dad to start using them, and he’s had the same great experience. Their prices are so much better than what you’d pay at the vet’s office. I highly recommend PetSuppliesNet — reliable, affordable, and trustworthy!

Saves money on have-to-have meds. Quick shipping. Website is dated, checkout with CC can be a pita, but the savings is worth it over 15 yrs now!

I ordered a product on a Saturday 12/10/2022 that needed a vet's approval before being filled. On the following Monday 12/12/2022 my vet had a letter faxed for his approval and by Friday 12/16/2022 we had our medicine that our dog Lucy needed. I would say that is great customer service. The first time buying Bravecta it worked like a charm. This last time it did absolutely NOTHING. I'm 100% sure it was a counterfeit.

I cannot seem to pull up the web site to order is anyone else having the same problem. I want to order but no where to go. I have been a customer for years.

My second experience ordering from petsuppliesnet.com was as good as the first. I was nervous seeing the reviews suggesting orders not delivered but I received my order within two weeks in Florida at 45% discount from chewy prices.

I have ordered from petsuppliesnet for many years. Though delivery did usually take a month or so, their prices were so much better than anything in the US, I simply planned ahead. I last place an order in Nov 2021 that I never received. I have emailed 4 times trying to have it resent or credited. They replied once that they would resent it in Jan but they never did and they stopped replying to emails sent from their website. I lost over $100 dollars with them and would advise caution to anyone ordering from them. Good service for many years but going silent is not the way to treat a customer of over 8 years

That is a pretty good store. They have a variety of supplies, and I found the one that I need for my dog. Though I bought several other items to try out too. The prices are lower than in the local stores where I live. Hope the delivery won't take too long.

Unfortunately, these people don't deliver the goods and don't refund the money. Very dishonest traders. I would not recommend.

I have used petsuppliesnet for many years. My last shipment was pathetically packaged in recycled cardboard and minimal tape resulting in loss of some contents. My emails have been ignored and customer service non existent.

I have been using them for over 5 years and am very satisfied. Usually order Bravecto...my dog never has fleas! Legitimate products, reliable delivery.

I have ordered from this company twice and have never received either of my orders. I complained and was sent an email the same day that I was told it should arrive o. It has been a month after my first complaint. I sent another complaint a week after that and have not had a response to the second complaint. it's been 3 weeks and have not heard anything. I would not trust this company. There is no way to track your orders.

Have been ordering Bravecto for our five dogs for over two years. NEVER a problem, dogs stay tick and flea free, order arrives in about two weeks and the cost is half what vet charges. I highly recommend.

I went in to my order figuring that it would not get filled, based on how basic the website looked and a few of the online reviews. Most of the reviews were pretty good though, so I tried it out. I ordered two boxes of Revolution for cats, as it was 50$ cheaper than what I would pay in the US...and that price included shipping. I chose the shipping without tracking as the other option was quite a bit more. My order came in exactly two weeks later. I had emailed 13 days in to customer service and I got a reply about 10 hours later, I imagine due to the time difference. They said if I didn't receive my order soon, they would replace it or give me a refund. I didn't need to either of those thankfully. The medication was in metric packaging [Stronghold]. I would recommend ordering from them if you'd like to save money and don't mind having the medication in metric units [the worldwide standard, anyway].

I've ordered meds for my pets for 7 years from this service without issue; never had my credit info compromised. I place my orders when I use the last dosage, affording a month for the next delivery, more than adequate time for delivery from the other side of the planet, and have always received before need. Can't wait? See your Vet and pay the premium, you deserve to.

I've used this company for over two years and find they have the best price for Revolution (Stronghold). Shipping, if I remember correctly, takes about two weeks. The company had a problem at one point where items were being held by customs for an extraordinarily long time. The company sent me an email informing me of the problem and I believe it was posted on their site as well. Since then I've placed two other orders and had no problems at all. Once, when I found one of the capsules had been broken, they issued me a credit immediately. I've not experienced any fraudulent charges from Australia to my credit card.

Purchased pet supplies two months ago. Received the products in about 4 weeks. Fraudulent charges have appeared on my CC from Australia since then. I am far from Australia and don't shop there. I was suprised the pet supplies shipped from AU so I believe this is related.
