I have ordered from petsuppliesnet for many years. Though delivery did usually take a month or so, their prices were so much better than anything in the US, I simply planned ahead. I last place an order in Nov 2021 that I never received. I have emailed 4 times trying to have it resent or credited. They replied once that they would resent it in Jan but they never did and they stopped replying to emails sent from their website. I lost over $100 dollars with them and would advise caution to anyone ordering from them. Good service for many years but going silent is not the way to treat a customer of over 8 years
