Pet food ordered, payment taken and delivery expected within 7 days. No delivery, emailed my concerns, order still says pending, asked to cancel the order and refund via email and contact page absolutely no response to any communication. Reported to my bank. January 23, I now get notification my order is on its way.... From October with food my cats no longer need! Still no reply to emails when I want to cancel. Complete scammers.

Exceptionally poor customer service to take my order and then cancel without any email or phone call stating on the refund remittance the product was out of stock yet still showing in stock on website. No reply to email so very glad I didn’t give them my business.
