Exceptionally poor customer service to take my order and then cancel without any email or phone call stating on the refund remittance the product was out of stock yet still showing in stock on website. No reply to email so very glad I didn’t give them my business.

If anyone joins this company they are mugs. Be warned - read these reviews. They have the worst customer service I have experienced - took 6 months to be refunded my credit, only after I went to the ombudsman and chasing again as I've not got the compensation. I expect the response will be "Sorry to hear this" please email us at social@ etc etc - load of rubbish - this is just to show they do care - fraud through and through. Completely inept.
