Got my botox and chin filler done - the staffs explained to me all the details and made me feel better.

I had a pleasent experience with the team at Peonia Medical. They were informative and open about my procedure at my initial consultation and I had no doubts about going ahead with my procedure a few weeks later. The entire team were friendly and relaxed which also helps. I had no concerns about their English proficiency or professionalism which is excellent.

I had a really fantastic experience with Dr Tracy for some anti-wrinkle injections. As a guy who has never done anything like this before so I was a bit nervous. She was extremely professional, kind, patient, and explained everything in a lot of detail and helped put my mind at ease. She was never pushy, and always let everything be my own decision. The result is extremely effective and also very natural and I couldn’t be happier. The after care is really amazing too, with Scarlett checking in on how I’m feeling, providing info and arranging follow ups. Highly recommended overall

I attended the clinic for the first time (although I had seen Dr Tracy before elsewhere) I was very impressed with the set up. Staff were friendly and my treatment was thoroughly discussed with me and options given. My treatment was carried out efficiently and it was explained to me that if I had any concerns about after care not to hesitate to contact them. Very reassuring. Overall, a very professional organisation offering excellent advice.

Absolutely loved my first experience with Dr Xu! She’s superbly thorough in explaining everything, and I had plenty of doubts regarding my concern. She gave her assessment of what actually would be most beneficial for me (and not what I thought it was!) and was of the policy of less is more, which I HIGHLY appreciate! I’m so glad to have done my research online and to have found her, as the difference in my nasolabial fold (what mostly bothers me) is insane - but she didn’t touch it! We actually did filling right at the edges of my nose, as I’m losing volume loss that is more bone than fat/muscle due to ageing. Her treatment plan involves other visits to do some skin treatments and filler in very small doses in specific areas, and I’m excited to see what the results will be!

Had my second CO2 laser treatment a week ago. The numbing cream makes it comfortable. Apart from a little itching there is no discomfort in the down time. After care instructions are great and I should be able to go out tomorrow. Results are looking good.

Following a consultation with Dr Tracy, I had a subcision treatment undertaken to treat acne scars. Ahead of the treatment day, Scarlett was super helpful and communicative both on the phone and over WhatsApp. Scarlett was very friendly, knowledgable and responsive, and that extended to when we met in person. Dr Tracy is lovely as well. Really puts you at ease, talks you through everything, has a good sense of humour and most importantly, gives off a real professional confidence. You have to be careful who you choose to trust with your face(!!) but I always felt in great hands. Can’t say enough good things about her. The after care was clear (given both verbally at the clinic and after on email) and I guess the biggest compliment I can pay, is that I felt truly at ease, looked after, and most importantly, cared for. Overall - a great experience leading up to, and including treatment day. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend!

Doctor Xu is patient, knowledgeable and highly skilled, which will put you at ease even though the procedure entails a lot of complexity, and could make people nervous. I was very happy with the process, and outcome, would not hesitate to recommend her to friends or family.

Dr Xu and her team are experts in the procedures they offer, the setting is clean, clinical and a thorough consultation prior to procedure is always offered. I’d 100% recommended a visit
