Placed an oredr for an item that was in stock. After 3 days I emailed to ask when I could expect the product to dispatched. I was advised - ASAP. So after another couple of days I replied asking how long is ASAP? I received a response advising hopefully within the next 24 hours. One week later I received the item. Not a great service in such a competitive market.

Ordering is easy simple and fast and when there is no snow in Britain delivery is fast too......But if there is snow expect delays...

I ahve changed my review 3 times, but have thought about and i think they deserve a 4 star rating as they resoponded within minutes to my email. Peak nutrition sell a good range of natural products which i like. I was originally quite annoyed with Peak nutrition as the nos on their web site are ether disconnected or not working. However i realise that they have moved all customer services on line. i did wait for about 5 weeks for 1 order

Bought a SheeWee and have given it a little test in my bathroom. Works a treat. No training required. I am going to work in Nepal for a month in an orphanage and was advised that sanitary conditions in many places consist of a hole in the floor. Most ladies going there take a SheeWee. i couldn't find all the tracking information on the website after making order which they said was there, but they were very responsive when i emailed them. product came to india and didn't get held up by customs etc. would buy from them again.
