Hqppy with the products I purchased but flaxseed oil capsules would be even better value for money if one of the packages hadn't been so bashed that there was oil sticking the capsules together and I had to throw some of them out. Luckily the Kalms were not in a (smashed) glass bottle- this time. Will think twice about ordering anything else now. Packaging just isn't robust enough.

Received in good packaging, they rang me a couple of days before to see if it was ok them sending me the tablets as they ran out of end of month , would of been happier though to receive an extra or some sort of compensation .

I purchased the heat lamp for my father, Sid Lane, to replace one he had borrowed. He uses it to help ease arthritis pain in his ankles and has found the new lamp ideal for his needs. I had the item delivered directly to him and it was there 2 days after the order was placed, which was done at about 2.30pm on the afternoon of purchase. The item was well packed and the website and ease of ordering was good, as was the product information.
