Wow what a fantastic service from Michael despite NOT being our agents and a disaster on exchange day Michael arranged for a new solicitor to take over our file and we have now exchanged with an original completion date for next week. Michael went above and beyond what he had to do despite us not being his clients and kept me updated at all times. Great company and would highly recommend

Probably the most stressful experience ever with multiple issues until completion was finally reached and likely only reached with the constant work/chasing of the rest of the chain by Michael and my solicitor. Absolute best in the business, we wouldn't dream of using anyone else to buy or sell. These guys and girls not only know their stuff inside out, they are also the most professional, friendly and helpful team. Amazing What an absolutely fantastic job Michael Mepham at PCM has done on the sale of my flat from start to finish. It opened my eyes even more as to what an estate agent has to do to see a sale through, and in my case, he has been amazing keeping the “sale wheels turning”. I have used PCM before on many ocassions and I’d most certainly recommend, as I have done many times, and will be using them again in the future. Such a hard job for the agent keeping the sellers the buyers the solicitors and everybody on track, Thankyou so much Michael.

I have sold a few houses through PCM and have received excellent service throughout each sale. From the first approach until the day of completion they were friendly, efficient & knowledgable. The chains on a few houses to complete were long and therefore complicated, Michael and his team went above and beyond to keep things moving and to ensure the completion date happened (despite some lack lustre solicitors from various parties). Highly recommend!
