I have sold a few houses through PCM and have received excellent service throughout each sale. From the first approach until the day of completion they were friendly, efficient & knowledgable. The chains on a few houses to complete were long and therefore complicated, Michael and his team went above and beyond to keep things moving and to ensure the completion date happened (despite some lack lustre solicitors from various parties).
