My order arrived damaged and I was made…
My order arrived damaged and I was made to feel as it was my fault ,it was angle beads I received with many of them bent and I was told they would not be refunded as I had damaged the cardboard box they had been delivered in which had clearly dissolved in the rain ,I had to take the time to check every bead from the order as I had four boxes which all had damaged beads amongst them and was told I must send pics by the following day so I was forced to take a half day at work in order to do this ,all in all I’m not over impressed

Iv been dealing with Prestige Building Supplies for 18+ months now and got to be 1 of the friendliest, reliable merchants out there. From there sales team to delivery is 2nd to none 1 of the main reasons I keep coming back is Mo on the sales team. Cheeky, cheery guy that’ll do anything for you. He’ll listen, explain clearly and bend over backwards to help you out, definitely someone you want to deal with 😁 Between Prestige and Mo it’s a well oiled machine, 5 ⭐️ all the way, highly recommended
