I have to admit I was skeptical about using the service but, the customer service was great. I made an error on my ticket and I sent an email and they responded quickly and resolved my minor issue. Thank you for great customer service.

Do not book with this company. I recently booked travel with this company and I mistakenly put the incorrect date on my travel itinerary, notified them of the changed, they said it could be corrected but still it was not changed. A week before my travel date I contacted them to inform them I needed to have my travel corrected they wanted to charge me an airline booking fee of $98, a PLT fee of $75, and the price difference of my flight of $450, a total of $650. This ticket is only $120 via Spirit airlines. This company is a rip off and a joke. Save your money and time and book directly through the airline. Definitely a lesson learned. They also do not answer the phone number listed on their website it’s always a busy signal. I’m contacting the BBB about this establishment. My work business trip is now cancelled and ruined. Run far away from this place.
