Leider gar nicht zufrieden.
Leider gar nicht zufrieden. Wir haben den Service bereits benutzt und es hatte ohne Probleme funktioniert. Nun haben wir erneut ein Foto über die App bestellt und das Bild wurde im Nachgang ohne meine Einwilligung bearbeitet. Das Foto ist nun unbrauchbar, da die Lippen und Augen komplett verändert wurden. Laut der Behörde ist das Foto so nicht gültig. Ich habe mich über die Hilfemail gemeldet, habe schnell Antwort bekommen und am Ende doch keine Hilfe erhalten. Geht lieber zu DM, da bekommt ihr bessere Fotos und auch über eine Cloud, damit die Behörden dieses auch verwenden können (Neuerung zum 01.05). Leider Geldverschwendung
