Exceptional customer service!
what made this experience Stand Out was the customer service. I couldn't believe how rapidly some replied to me when I had an issue with the US passport office not accepting the photo I submitted online. The customer service person at Passport Photos Online ask me a few questions and had me send the photo to them and they updated it, sent it back and I submitted it and it was immediately accepted!
