Worked well for me
I needed to renew my passport fairly quickly but was unwell & unable to get out to get a photograph. Saw this online so thought I'd give it a go. It was a bit fiddly to do on my own. But I managed it. On submission they made a couple of minor adjustments to the photo before emailing it to me. They warn in the email that the photo may be rejected by the online passport checker but assured me that it is usually accepted when looked at by a 'real' person. This was the case for me. The code to upload the photo during the online passport application worked immediately. As they said, the photo was accepted for my passport on physical inspection. I would definitely use them again.
