Quick delivery, good price and even better in the sale. I have just worn these sandals for a week at Glastonbury and they were super comfy, I normally get sore ankles after a day on my feet but I didn’t feel a thing I was so impressed.

I've had a few orders from Passenger, the quality seems ok but their sizing comes up very large so you need to order one or two sizes below your usual. The most frustrating thing though is the length of time it takes to process refunds. They do warn you it can take up to 14 days if you want a refund but they can issue you credit much quicker. Once returning it takes several days for them to confirm receipt, after this I waited another 16 days and there was still no refund so I had to chase this. Following chasing this the refund was processed quickly but it will take another two days to hit my account. It will be well over three weeks from the point of return to refund, this is too long and it shouldn't require a customer to chase to get their money back. They have the ability to process the refunds quicker but it seems the slow speed is to persuade you to take the credit instead. After experiencing this a couple of times all it's done is persuade me to shop elsewhere.

Great clothing at a reasonable price, the quality is a notch below Patagonia. Passenger are clearly trying to be a the cheaper Patagonia and it shows in the finishing of their items. All in all though a great item and purchased in the sale so cost-wise it is fine.

Great backpack, feels good quality, although the straps have a habit of working loose.

Love Passenger and have never had any problems with them. Deliveries have always been on time and their clothes are always excellent and I like the fact thst there different from shops in the high street.

Good quality, environment friendly delivery. A little expensive, but hopefully worth the price :)
