Je ne peux juger de la qualité des produits n'ayant toujours rien reçu, en attente depuis 10 jours, mais une chose est sûr la qualité du SAV est archi nulle, j'ai envoyé depuis 8 jours 3 mails et aucune réponse, silence total.
Globalement contente ! Les thés ont très bon goût. Les vertues thérapeutiques prêtées à ces thés sont sûrement plus placebo qu’autre chose mais bon, ça reste du thé. Gros bémol en revanche : obligée de donner son numéro de téléphone « pour problème en cas de livraison » mais ils en profitent pour envoyer de la pub par SMS (en plus des mails)….
