On July 25th, my daughter was in Leysin, Switzerland, at a summer camp organized by Alpadia language School. Before her arrival, the school was notified of my daughter's severe cashew allergy so they could take the necessary measures. During her dinner, she realized something was causing her allergy. She notified the staff, but the staff sent her to her room to rest, requesting that she not eat any more dinner. At that point, she was told that nothing in the dinner contained cashews. My daughter, feeling increasingly ill, called me in Mexico to explain how she felt. I immediately called the school's emergency number to request an explanation as to why my daughter wasn't being treated. However, all they did was go to her room and ask my daughter to let them know about any emergencies, leaving her alone in her room. An hour later, my daughter felt very ill. I called the school again to complain that she hadn't been attended. Principal Camille didn't know my daughter had already gone to the nurse's office to get help. Seeing the severity of the situation, they called an ambulance. However, before it arrived, my daughter went into anaphylactic shock. No one at school knew what to do. My daughter had to inject herself with her EpiPen because they didn't know how to inject it. After a few hours, we were told the dish did contain cashews. No one at school followed protocols. They left my daughter alone in her room the entire time until she went to get help, and they called an ambulance. There were no controls regarding the food served to the children. Once the ambulance picked up my daughter, she went into anaphylactic shock again at the hospital, and of course, no one from the school stayed overnight with her; they left her alone. No one from Alpadia has taken responsibility. I had to travel from Mexico to see her. I don't know how they have permission to work with children without having emergency protocols and without paying attention to what they serve for food. Principal Camille and no one from Alpadia school did nothing. My daughter almost died due to Alpadia’s school negligence.

Luglio 2025, 3 settimane presso Ardingly College. Esperienza eccezionale riguardante la struttura, l’alloggio in camera, i docenti, l’accoglienza dello staff nella persona di (Eden, Amy, Chloe, Alexandra, Trisha, Greg, Fletcher, Roxy, Annah, Ana) non ho la certezza di averli scritti correttamente ma spero di aver reso l’idea, e le attività extra didattiche. Perfetto l’accompagnamento da aereo porto-college e viceversa, personale gentile e professionale nell’affiancamento all’imbarco. Le escursioni a Londra erano brevi e finalizzate alla visita dei centri commerciali, io in prima persona avrei voluto più tempo per visitare la città stessa con i suoi più importanti monumenti. In origine nel programma giornaliero era contemplata la visita ai castelli di Lewes, visita non effettuata ma sostituta con il “passeggiare nell’ennesimo centro commerciale”. Pessima la gestione dei pasti, precisamente la quantità procapita era insufficiente e non era adeguata alla corretta alimentazione di un ragazzo di 16-17 anni e impossibilità di fare il bis, Un episodio da denunciare: alla richiesta del bis del dolce, l’addetto alla distribuzione ha acconsentito, tornando al mio tavolo un secondo inserviente avvicinandosi “mi ha tolto” dalle mani il piatto asserendo con brutte maniere che non era mio diritto avere il bis. I went to Alpadia Paris - Passy this summer. It was my first time in a language camp, and everything felt new but it ended up being really great experience. The staff members were nice and helpful, and the teachers made the lessons fun and interesting. I want to say a special thank you to one of the stuff members - Lyna. She was so kind and always made sure we were okay. Thank you so much

Inscribimos a nuestro hijo en un supuesto “campamento” en Niza que resultó ser, en realidad, una escuela de idiomas sin ninguna estructura propia de un verdadero campamento. Lo que ofrecen no se corresponde en absoluto con lo que anuncian: subcontratan actividades a precios desorbitados, no existe una verdadera dinámica de grupo, ni supervisión, ni atención a los niños. Nuestro hijo llegó un domingo a las 12:00 del mediodía dia y pasó más de ocho horas completamente solo en una habitación, sin que nadie le informara sobre actividades, horarios o presentaciones. Al día siguiente, el panorama no mejoró: las clases de francés eran poco serias, mal organizadas, y no había ni un solo niño de su edad con el que pudiera compartir la experiencia. La falta de profesionalismo es total. Nos vimos obligados a recoger a nuestro hijo antes de tiempo, indignados por la situación. Una experiencia decepcionante que nos generó mucho estrés nada recomendable.

Horrible staff, rude and assaulted few people at the camp from what I have heard. Would not recommend if you want to keep you children safe

Ho iscritto mia figlia di 15 anni ad un summer camp Alpadia a Nizza. Inizialmente era stata destinata a Parc Imperial e alle Collinettes per il pernottamento. Una settimana prima della partenza ci viene comunicato che per problemi logistici mia figlia dovrà soggiornare in Paul Agier e purtroppo così è stato: struttura sporca, datata e malcurata. Nonostante le mie perplessità espresse agli inesperti referenti di Alpadia non è stata trovata una soluzione: mia figlia, poiché avevamo pagato la stanza singola di è trovata a soggiornare da sola in una camerata per 6 persone poiché in quella struttura non erano previste le singole (cosa che mi era stata assicurata in fase di cambio struttura) inaffidabili e completamente inesperti i referenti.

Non mandate i vostri figli in questa scuola e risparmiate i vostri soldi. Dicono una cosa e poi fanno esattamente l’opposto. Livello basso Domenicavo servizio clienti pessimo e ipocrita
