Very easy to order the medication I needed. They did need alot of information about me, which I was surprised at. The delivery was really easy, and on time. I will definitely use them again.

Weight loss medication Mounjaro
No problems except for a delay in communication where they had to check another medication that I was taking. However, I was completely reassured that this pharmacy was thorough in this approach. If I had an Email or a text, the query could have been resolved promptly. Otherwise, great service and first order price for Mounjaro was really good value. Will I use Oxfordonline again? Absolutely YES. Was so close to 5 stars which I have no doubt will be the case on my next order. Great follow up Emails. Also lady on the other end of the phone was really polite and professional.

Awful service
Awful service. My order was delayed due to stock. I advised on 5 separate occasions not to deliver on a particular day as I would not be home and they sent my medicine out for that day - this made my Β£200 medication completely useless as it needs to remain at a certain temperature. Customer service messages sound like they are being answered by AI and my complaints are being ignored.

1st and last time trying to purchase from here. Ordered Thursday morning and and numerous emails and calls back and forth asking questions I had already answered on the form. By Monday afternoon I had enough, and phoned to cancel the order. Was told I would have an email to co firm cancellation and a refund would be issued. Still no email, no refund. Placed my order with another company on Monday and it was processed and delivered by Wednesday morning! Would not recommend Oxford Online Pharmacy
