Was asked to leave a review so here goes: I sent an email to the help email address on 02/07/2025 with photos, which was not acknowledged or replied to. This concerned very careless packaging, to the extent that I was suprised that all of the medication was still in there. I also felt that this did not protect confidentiality, as Royal Mail staff could easily have seen the contents. I requested that this does not happen again, however as already mentioned there was no response.
