An easy experience and had everything I wanted

Website was poor on my android mobile. When I finally managed to submit an order I was asked for feedback, which I filled in. Clicking on submit took me to a 404 not found page.

Great range of nuts bolts and such. For me though, all i needed was 2 bolts, very specific bolts at that. M12 x 150mm w/ 1.75pitch. Looked everywhere, low and behold OF had them. Quick and easy to complete purchase and arrived within a few days. Excellent! Only ich, was additional £10 p&p, bit excessive for 2 bolts, but considering quality, specification and how quickly they arrived, cant really complain. Will recommend and most likely will purchase from again.

never had a problem with OF before but i ordered some fixings to go to a site in Suffolk, added site contact details, name and number of person on site. The delivery didn't happen two days running and i only discovered this because i called OF. Apparently the delivery driver couldn't work out where to take the package!
