Not a hint to whip cream flavor. So added more and taste chemical. Not good. Feel I just threw my money away.

I don’t know if they have changed their supplier or what, but now it seems like all their flavors have a very bad chemical aftertaste. The cheesecake no longer tastes like cheesecake, the cake batter tastes like medicine, and so on. I’ve had to throw out several bottles. They no longer supply quality flavors and I will look elsewhere.

No issues with the site or ordering process just wish other companies I bought my flavors from sold their products so I don't have to buy from multiple places. I know they were carried elsewhere at some point since some sites have back stock.

I don’t like their return policy. It’s practically non-existent. A lot of times, the postage is a lot more than the extracts I’m buying. I started buying extracts from another company, after their dropper broke. They wouldn’t refund my money. BEWARE!!!

This has been an awesome experience. I have ordered a few flavors now, and each one is extremely potent, very pleased at how much value you get for the size. It sounds crazy, but the 3-5 drops is just right for a cup of coffee! I did have a question about one of the flavors, but it was resolved promptly and I felt heard and appreciated as a customer. Looking forward to my next order!

The rye flavoring worked perfectly for a clone rye Triscuit recipe. No weird off flavors or textures. This product is wonderful!

I order a lot of different smells and even though they forgot one of my flavors they replied quickly to me and shipped my missing flavor out even faster then my original order. I will be buying again my customers love the smell
