Bought this last year for my granddaughter now she can't use the tv now. Every time i email it bonuses back. This retailer needs shut down to stop these crooks for taking money it's not right hard working people and this happens. Lean my lesson no more cheaper brands thank you KGD Group for coning me
refused to honour guarantee any excuse not to replace said they sent a replacement then said they did not have any more even though they still had them on sale ,then said they would refund me but 3 times said they had sent my refund details to their accounts dept then stopped reply to my messages , i would suggest you avoid this company
This company trades on eBay, so their website may not work, note my review from eBay: Avoid this seller, they never shipped the product, provided fake tracking numbers when challenged (that happened twice!) would not refund until the date that EBay was going to take over my complaint and refund anyway. Not to be trusted, avoid avoid avoid. I have all the evidence in email communications to back up my review and screen shots of their fake tracking numbers. Funny enough they claim goods were lost in transit (twice) - they basically sold goods they did not have.
